抄録	Blockchain has been used not only for virtual currencies but also for various other applications in recent years. In addition, InterPlanetary file system (IPFS) has been developed for distributed use in P2P networks. In this study, we propose a scheme that combines both to take advantage of their mer its. We propose a scheme to realize a private IPFS network with scalability by decentralized manage ment of private network membership using blockchain. In addition, we implement and evaluate a prot otype of the proposed scheme. We propose and implement a scheme that takes advantage of the adva ntages of both methods and show that the practicality of the proposed scheme is almost the same as that of IPFS.
