抄録	研究成果の概要 (和文) : 本研究では、若者支援の「個人化」の中で、「場をつくる」若者支援の教育的価値の解明と、そのために必要な専門性と専門性を育てる環境の明確化を目的とし、国内4カ所、並びにイギリス、フィンランド、デンマークのフィールドにて、ヒアリング・訪問調査を実施した。 調査と討議を通じて、「場をつくる」若者支援の教育的価値を明らかにし、「場をつくる」若者支援の専門性を育成する手法として、＜Storytelling（実践の語り）からDocumentation（実践記録）へ＞という仮説モデルを抽出し、その問題提起のために国際学会における報告、電子書籍『若者支援の場をつくる』の刊行、国内における国際セミナーを開催した。
	研究成果の概要 (英文) : The purpose of this study is to clarify the pedagogical value of youth work which "creates a place" in the "individualization" of youth support, and to clarify the professionalism and environment that fosters the professionalism. Interviews and visits were conducted at four organisation in Japan, as well as in fields in the United Kingdom, Finland and Denmark. The output of this study is to derive a model of ‘Storytelling to Documentation’ as a method to clarify the pedagogical value of "creating a place" youth work, and to develop the professionalism of the work. In order to raise the issue, a report was held at an international conference, an e-book "Creating a place for youth work" was published, and an international seminar was held in Japan.
