抄録	離職期間の経験は外的なキャリアとして評価が得にくい中、離職中に生涯学習の場やNPO活動を通じ、地域活動に参加していた例などが注目されている。そこで本研究では、離職者の学習行動や有益感が地域行動を通じ、地域への愛着を意味する地域コミットメントに肯定的な影響が生じるのかについて解明することを目的とする。 回答者515名(うち離職期間経験者241名)のアンケート調査を分析した結果、離職中の学習行動は地域行動を通じ地域コミットメントの下位尺度である情緒、規範へ正の影響を及ぼし、一体化へは影響を及ぼしていなかった。他方、離職者の有益感は地域との関連が見いだせなかった。以上より離職中の学習行動が地域コミットメントを高める重要な要因であることが明らかになった。
	It is difficult for workers to receive career acclaim for their experiences during job displacement. However, instances of them participating in community activities (such as lifelong learning and nonprofit organizations) have been attracting attention. This study aims to examine whether learning activities and sense of progress positively influence the displaced workers’ commitment to their local communities through local activities. The analysis of our survey with 515 respondents (241 respondents had experienced job displacement) showed that engaging in learning activities during job displacement positively affected local commitment (through local activities) but did not affect sense of unity. No association was observed between the displaced workers' sense of progress and the local community. Based on this, it can be concluded that learning activities are an important factor to increase local commitment.
