抄録	研究成果の概要 (和文) : インドで行われた村単位でのベーシック・インカム（BI)給付実験、そしてアメリカのアラスカ州で1980年代から導入されている部分的なBI給付に関する現地調査から、BI政策の導入は、先住民族コミュニティを活性化することが明らかになった。歴史的正義回復を射程に入れた先住民族の権利の主張は、論理的にはBI要求への潜在力を持つが、現実の先住民族運動はBI政策導入の主張とは結びついていない。とはいえ、グローバルなBI政策導入の動きが高まれば、先住民族運動もそれに呼応しうる可能性があることは、関係者からのインタビューによって明らか にできた。
	研究成果の概要 (英文) : From our field research at the pilot project site for basic income guarantee in Indian indegenous village, also intervews in Alaska where partial basic income has been introduced since 1980s, we can conclude that basic income guarantee can activate the indigenous peoples' communities. Although indegenous rights movement can be connected with basic income movement from the viewpoint of historical justice, no indigenous movements are keen about basic income. However, indigenous movements have some potentials to join the basic income movement if the idea of the global basic income would be much more commmon in future.
