抄録	研究成果の概要 (和文) : 本研究の成果は次の2つである。第一に、企業の自発的な環境情報開示活動の効果を、企業内部の環境管理体制や環境負荷削減活動への影響という点に着目して検証した。その結果、環境情報開示が進展している企業ほど、環境負荷量の削減にも成功していることが示された。第二に、企業に対する環境情報開示の要求が高まった状況として東日本大震災を用いて、投資家が企業に対して抱くリスクの程度が、企業の環境情報開示活動の精度や内容によって異なることを示した。
	研究成果の概要 (英文) : The results of this study are the following two. First, we verified by focusing on terms of impact on the environmental load reduction activities and environmental management systems of internal corporate, the effect of environmental information disclosure spontaneous activities of the company. As a result, the companies that environmental information disclosure are about progress, has been successful in reducing the environmental load has been shown. Second, we exploited the Great East Japan Earthquake as circumstances which a request for environmental information disclosure to companies has increased, and verified that investors' risk to companies is different depending on the content or precision of environmental information disclosed.
