抄録	In this study, we first propose a bivariate software reliability assessment model. The model has two variables which are the number of digested test cases and the number of detected software faults. Upon the modeling, we employ a Gaussian copula function with two log-normal marginal distributions and dependency parameters. By using our model, a real dataset is analyzed and we show a bivariate control chart for software testing progress as a numerical example. Furthermore, we expand our model to a trivariate copula model and discuss its performance.
