抄録	研究成果の概要 (和文) : 本研究は、学校から職業生活全般を通じた長期的スパンでのキャリア構築の現状を明らかにして、人事データと個人データの統合を図ることを目的にして実施した。まず、学校から職業への移行に関しては、大学生の職業選択の現状を明らかにした。第2に、日本企業で働く従業員に対する大規模調査をもとに、キャリアに関する心理的な測定尺度を検討した。第3に、それらを使用して、大手企業における従業員調査を実施し、人事データとマッチングさせた分析を行った。
	研究成果の概要 (英文) : The purpose of this research project was to analyze the career process through life span and to develop the integration of personnel data in the corporation and employees’ data . First, in the matter of the transition from school to work, we examined the current state of the occupational choice process of university students. Secondly, we surveyed employees of Japanese corporations with an aim toward examining the structure of career success scales. Thirdly, we analyzed the matching data of personnel micro data and employees’ data using career success scales in the large company case.
