抄録	研究成果の概要 (和文) : 大阪府内の公立高校,地元企業,地域における子ども・若者支援機関,高校にスタッフ派遣を行なっているNPO等にヒアリング調査を行い,高校の「進路多様校」における生徒の社会的自立支援・就労支援への取り組みの実態を把握した。多くの高校では,生徒に対するキャリア支援に困難を抱えており,少なからず中退者を出していること,教育・福祉・労働の連携が無ければ,事態への対処が不可能になっていることを明らかにした。
	研究成果の概要 (英文) : Hearing investigation was conducted to public high schools, local businesses, child and youth center in the local areas, and NPOs which dispatch support staffs to high schools in the Osaka Prefecture. The actual condition of the career support in the“high schools with educational difficulties”was grasped. At many high schools, difficulties were held in the career support for students, and there were plenty of dropouts. If there were no cooperation and collaboration among education, welfare and labor, dealing with this situation will almost be impossible.
