抄録	研究成果の概要 (和文) : 本研究では、近年の構築主義をベースとして発展しつつある起業家行動の関係論分析の枠組みを活用しながら、事例に密着取材しながら次の4つの対象において実証研究をおこなった。具体的には、(1)大阪のクリエイティブクラスター形成もとでの広告クリエイター間の関係性の変化における調査、(2)イタリアのミランドラ地方とボローニャ地方におけるスピンオフ連鎖に関する調査、(3)座間味村におけるダイビング産業の成立とサンゴ礁保全組織の形成に関する調査、(4)神戸における医工連携プロセスにおける調査、である。これらの調査に基づく知見と成果は、『組織科学』『企業家研究』『年報村落社会研究』への投稿論文として掲載が受理された。
抄録	研究成果の概要 (英文) : In this research project, we focused on dynamic changes of personal relationship in entrepreneurial activities with relational perspective studies that is developed in recent years based on especially constructionism practical turn approach studies. To this purpose, this research issue tries theoretical-methodological review and empirical studies in following 4 themes ; Interactive relation among advertising creators under the creating cluster policy in Osaka, Sequential process in continuous Spin-offs as ensuing events at Bologna and Mirandola districts in Italy, Establishing process of leisure industry and coral preservation activities in Okinawa and Cooperation process between medical team and small manufacturing firm under the creating cluster policy in Kobe. The results of this research issue are published in major academic journal in Japan.
