There is a purpose of this complement in expressing the intention and themethodology of my theory of individuality.My individuality theory grasps individuality as a realization of the humanbeing existence. That thought is fundamentally different from the thoughtway to grasp individuality as a character given by the possetion of superiorability. But, the society of capitalism has a structure to evaluate a value ofhuman being by the value of one's work abilities which one has. Therefore,in this present society, if one doesn't have a more advanced work capacitythan others, he（ her）is seen having no individuality.But, the right system of the Constitution of Japan is able to be consideredthe right system to guarantee realization of individuality. That is becausethe security of the right to live, the realization of the labor participation, therealization of the participation in politics and the realization of the right ofeducation are prescribed clearly. In other words, the various right which theConstitution of Japan guarantees is the right to guarantee all human socialparticipation, and it is the right system which realize the essentiality of eachhuman being existence.Therefore, my individuality theory is criticism to the theory to explainindividuality by the possession. And it is not the individuality theory torevolve to "the self-responsibility," but it is the assertion to ask the realizationof the structure to guarantee the realization of the individuality in the socialresponsibility.There is the fundamental characteristic of my individuality theory in thesepoints.
