抄録	This paper develop the weight inspection system of the fall type that inspects the weight of the object on grain such as capsular medicines high-speed and accurately. In this time, a real machine is produced with 3-D acceleration sensor, the output wave type of the acceleration that uses the globe of the same weight is analyzed, and the relation between mass and the output acceleration is verified from the peak of the acceleration that uses the globe of the unequal weight.
