抄録	研究成果の概要 (和文) : 本研究は、学習者が学校教育の主流から排除されるメカニズムに注目する。すなわち、早期離学者、進路変更を余儀なくされる生徒たち、高等教育における中退、などに焦点を当てている。こうした学校「内部から排除」するメカニズムに対して制度的にどのように包摂が可能か検討し、具体的な対策として郊外における優先教育の試み、障害児の包摂に向けた取組、学校ガバナンスの方法、高等教育における学業継続支援策や社会経験認定制度の整備、余暇センターの活動など現地調査をもとに考察を行った。
	研究成果の概要 (英文) : The research concerns with the pupils and students who are excluded from the mainstream of the school education without any diplomas. We focus on "the exclusion from the inside of system". Since the beginning of the 21^<st> century, the government has been taking measures to deal with the inclusion. Its aim is to include pupils who are in difficulties socially, economically and educationally, especially in "banlieues" (the suburbs). Through our research, it is clear that the recent French education policy moves from the equal opportunity to the equity of the result by encouragement to include pupils in difficulties with a special needs education.
