抄録	In this paper, we consider abstraction of information using properties of the real world. We employ 2-link manipulator as an example, and we design the manipulator by genetic algorithm whose fitness is ease of learning.Simulations have been conducted and as a result, a manipulator which has viscosity and elasticity has been obtained, and state-action space has been reduced extremely.
